By purchasing a subscription or product from Soap Studios LLC, you agree to the following terms: Subscriptions CLEAN • Monthly: $27.00 billed monthly • Annual: $270.00 billed annually CLEANER • Monthly: $47.00 billed monthly • Annual: $470.00 billed annually Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. The price you are charged at signup is the price that continues to apply to your subscription for as long as it remains active; subscribers who joined before a price change keep the rate they signed up at. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support at support@soapmag.org. Billing By providing your payment information, you authorize Soap Studios LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan. Refunds All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis. Physical Products (Magazines) Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items.
